Ball Control Pro provides lacrosse training sessions, coaching programs, and related sports services for children, teens, and adults.
All sessions are conducted by qualified instructors in a safe and supportive environment.
3. Registration and Bookings
- Participants must complete registration forms accurately.
- Minors must have parental or guardian consent to register.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment or written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in case of weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payment must be made according to the rates displayed on our website or communicated by staff.
- Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and follow coach instructions.
- Wear appropriate sports attire and protective gear.
- Respect other participants and staff members.
- Report any health conditions or injuries prior to training.
Ball Control Pro reserves the right to remove any participant who acts inappropriately or poses a safety risk.
6. Health and Safety
All activities involve a level of physical exertion. By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of taking part safely.
Ball Control Pro and its staff are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or personal negligence.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable precautions, Ball Control Pro is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries resulting from normal participation risks.
- Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, and materials, are the property of Ball Control Pro.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
